Our Butter Chicken curry paste is filled with plump ripe Australian tomatoes and onions, slow cooked together with freshly roasted spices.
Simply fry chicken pieces in butter and simmer in the curry paste with cream, diced tomatoes and tomato paste.
For a vegan version, add coconut milk/cream in lieu of butter and cream. Leave out chicken and just add chickpeas, mushrooms, potatoes, zucchini and peas.
