Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping within Australia is FREE for orders over $80.00.

For orders under $80.00, a flat rate of $15.00 (Australia Wide) will be charged. For those in WA, the flat rate will be $9.95.

Delivery will be within 5-14 working days. Experiencing COVID delays Aus wide.

Perth Metro delivery will be within 5-10 working days.

Orders are delivered by Aramex Couriers or Australia Post and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Express Shipping or International shipping is currently not available.

Please note we cannot always guarantee delivery times as we work within the constraints of our 3rd party couriers. We do our very best to keep you informed and provide you with tracking so you can monitor delivery progress. 

Please note the following -

  • If the parcel requires a signature on delivery, and there is no one to sign for the parcel at your delivery address, your parcel will be transferred to your local Courier. A card will be left by the courier and you will receive a notification via email from Courier when your order is ready to be picked up or can arrange a new redelivery date (1 attempt only). 
  • If you do not pick up your parcel from your Courier Depot or arrange re-delivery within 3 working days of receiving an email, it will be returned to our warehouse. Turban Chopsticks reserve the right to charge an additional AU $15 to redeliver your parcel. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee to have your parcel redelivered. 
  • It is your responsibility to provide a correct postal address. If you provide an incorrect postal address, or if you misspell or omit details of your address, Courier will return your order to our warehouse. Turban Chopsticks reserves the right to charge an additional AU $10 to redeliver your parcel to a correct address. We do not offer refunds for any order if you opt not to pay the additional fee and have your parcel redelivered.  

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is valid for 30 days upon you receiving your package.

If you have any concerns about your order please contact us here.

If for any reason your goods are damaged upon receiving them, or they are not the correct products you ordered, please take a photo and contact us as soon as possible, so we can arrange to exchange it with the correct products.

Please do not dispose of the items until we have exchanged it. We will require proof of purchase at your request.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or items on sale.
