Whoever said salads are boring was sooooo wrong! Cut some carbs and use spiralised zucchini instead of noodles in this divine Satay Zoodle Salad recipe. 

Our Satay Peanuts curry paste has the right balance of spice, salt and sweetness.

Simply simmer curry paste with coconut cream to warm up and turn into a decadent sauce. Spiralise raw zucchini noodles and arrange on a plate with a rainbow array of vegetables. Add tofu or tempeh for a hit of protein.
