    Australian green split peas are mixed with plenty of herbs and spices - garlic, salt, mild paprika, turmeric - that can be all cooked into one pot with coconut milk or fresh cream to create a mildly spices, green lentil curry that would leave you wanting for more.

    Serve as a hearty dish on its own or as a side dish with your favourite grilled or BBQ meats, tofu or vegetables.

  • Seafood requires shorter cooking time. Add towards the end of the cooking process to avoid over-cooking. Blitz dish in a blender for a silky curry sauce. Add extra cream towards the end to serve.
