Thai Beef and Cashew Stir Fry

Turban Tips

Replace beef with pork or prawns. Try other nuts and seeds such as walnuts or pumpkin seeds.


  • 1/2 jar Turban Chopsticks Thai Green Curry
  • 400g beef fillet (thinly sliced)
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp preferred oil
  • ½ cup cashews
  • 1 bunch broccolini (or capsicum/bok choy)
  • Garnish - Thai basil or spring onion


  1. Heat oil in pan or wok and stir fry beef in 2 batches until brown. Transfer to bowl.

  2. Add 1/2 jar of Turban Chopsticks Thai Green Curry  and 1 tbsp water.

  3. Add veggies and stir fry with sauce.

  4. Add beef and cashews.

  5. Garnish with fresh Thai basil and spring onion

Vegan Option
- Replace seafood with tofu or tempeh

Serving Suggestion
- Great served with jasmine rice, rice noodles or quinoa.
