Replace beef with pork or prawns. Try other nuts and seeds such as walnuts or pumpkin seeds.
Heat oil in pan or wok and stir fry beef in 2 batches until brown. Transfer to bowl.
Add 1/2 jar of Turban Chopsticks Thai Green Curry and 1 tbsp water.
Add veggies and stir fry with sauce.
Add beef and cashews.
Garnish with fresh Thai basil and spring onion

- Replace seafood with tofu or tempeh
