Turban Tips

  • Smash avo and top with olive oil and chilli flakes for a delicious variation.
  • Top with slices of fresh tomato and fried mushrooms for a loaded breakie option.



  1. Toast your slices of bread.
  2. Slice the avocado into thin slices.
  3. Take a big scoop of our Cauliflower chutney and generously spread on toast.
  4. Put the sliced avocado on top and a squeeze of lemon.
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper and chia seeds on top.
