Veg Korma Skewers

Turban Tips

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes before using. Try using paneer for a tasty addition.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ jar of Turban Chopsticks Korma Curry Paste
  • 600 kg of sliced vegetables (eg capsicum, eggplant, oyster mushroom, onions and tomatoes)
  • 400 grams of tofu
  • ½ cup of yoghurt of your choice
  • Pack of skewers
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

METHOD

  1. Mix together Korma Curry Paste with yoghurt of choice. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. Marinate the tofu and vegetables in this for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Soak the skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning.

  4. Thread the marinated tofu and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating between tofu and veggies.

  5. Grill, bake or BBQ the skewers at medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and tender.
