Thai Green Curry Recipe
Ingredients needed:
1 jar THAI GREEN CURRY PASTE
1 kg of your choice of protein, tofu or vegetables
1 can (400ml) of coconut milk
1 tbsp of fish sauce or soy sauce
1 fresh lime
A handful of fresh basil
Coriander to garnish
Method:
1.Sauté protein or vegetables along with the paste in a saucepan until golden brown.
2. Add coconut milk, 1/2 cup of water, fish sauce or soy sauce.
3. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes until ingredients are cooked to perfection.
4. Garnish with a squeeze of fresh lime, handfuls of basil and coriander.
Serve decadently over steamed rice or your favourite noodles. A paradise in Thailand awaits you...

The curry pastes at Turban Chopsticks are fantastic and we have used them several times for quick, tasty meals. However, the delivery company used, Aramex, is of extremely poor service. I placed an order with Turban Chopsticks on 22.11.2024 and it was shipped on 26.11.2024. It is now 16.12.2024 and I still haven't received my order. The parcel was progressing through the delivery route, then was indicated to be delayed for up to 48hours and showing to be at the Sydney Depot for Aramex since 05.12.2024.

I was delighted to find this tasty plant-based Thai green curry paste at a food expo a few years ago!
This is my go-to recipe if I have to make a dish to impress. It's so easy to make. It costs a bit more than some other curry pastes (I am 71 so have to watch the pennies), but it is worth the extra because of the taste. Everyone I've served it to loves it, including my fussy husband!
I am in Perth for almost 8 years, since that time I couldn't find any better thai Green Curry anywhere in Perth. Actually the all range of products are amazing with a special and unique flavor. Definitely I am a loyal customer of this great company.
