Replace seafood with fresh corn kernels for a crispy corn fritter. Make the mix in advance, refrigerate and use when needed. Excellent on the barbecue. Replace water with coconut milk, for an extra indulgent treat.
I was first introduced to Turban Chopsticks with an article written by Delicious magazine saying "watch this product" at a Food and Wine festival many years ago. I was attracted to the concept of local with real ingredients - the taste test I had at the festival was memorable with the ricotta balls - mmmmm, just thinking about them has brought back memories. As a family we use these meal kits and jars as a take away night as it is so simple but delicious.
I have ordered on-line over the years and been happy but have since found the product at our local IGA store and choose to support them and Turban Chopsticks at the same time. I always have the different curry pastes and a rice dishes in my pantry (I even "prepped" before the COVID to ensure we would have our supply. Thanks guys!!
I made these potato ricotta balls to take as my plate to a friends party. They disappeared in no time & everyone was asking who made them, then where did I get recipe etc. Since then they have been made many times.
This would have to be one of my favourite little bites boxes. We add tofu and it is divine! Highly recommend!
Have had these multiple times at pop up markets and am blown away by the deliciousness every time.
Plus we’ll teach you how you can live the SPICE LIFE!
