INGREDIENTS
- 1 pack Turban Chopsticks Mini Bombay Burgers mix
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 2–3 cups grated vegetables (eg carrot, zucchini or cauliflower)
- Burger buns or wraps
- Salad (eg lettuce, tomato and cucumber)
- Chutney
METHOD
- Mix Burger packet mix with hot water and mix.
- Add onion and grated vegetables and mix well.
- Dollop small patties and fry in a oiled pan (3–4 mins each side) until golden.
- Assemble: burger bun/wraps + patties + salad + chutney.
