One-Pan Bombay Burgers

Our Mini Bombay Burgers are super versatile. They’re a chickpea + lentil-based mix with spices designed to be turned into patties with added veggies and onions. Perfect for quick, family-friendly meals!

For an extra protein boost, crumble tofu into the mixture.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Turban Chopsticks Mini Bombay Burgers mix
  • 1 cup hot water  
  • 1 onion (finely diced)  
  • 2–3 cups grated vegetables (eg carrot, zucchini or cauliflower)
  • Burger buns or wraps
  • Salad (eg lettuce, tomato and cucumber)
  • Chutney

METHOD

  1. Mix Burger packet mix with hot water and mix.
  2. Add onion and grated vegetables and mix well.
  3. Dollop small patties and fry in a oiled pan (3–4 mins each side) until golden.  
  4. Assemble: burger bun/wraps + patties + salad + chutney.
