    We’ve used ripe eggplants sautéd with fragrant Indian spices, slow cooked with tomatoes to create this slightly sweet and spicy chutney.

    Dip with crackers, cheese, corn chips, naan breads or your favourite snacks. Dollop on wraps, pizza, pita, pappadums or a rice pilaf. Stir through pastas, cooked grains, rice dishes or stir-fry with your protein of choice.
