Crunchy green beans and flavourful sambal paste makes this Sambal Green Beans a tasty vegetarian side dish. For those 'no effort' nights, this quick finger licking stir fry is best accompanied with a bowl of jasmine rice. You can eat them hot or cold and even the next day, but we don't think they'll last!

Ingredients

2 tbsp
of Turban Chopsticks Sambal Vegan Paste
250g
of green beans (cut in thirds)
1 tbsp
of preferred cooking oil
1
clove of garlic
2 tbsp
of water
Salt or soy sauce to season

Method

Heat oil in a wok and saute the garlic.

Add beans and water and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until the water has evaporated and the beans are cooked and well coated.

Serve as a side dish or with a bowl of jasmine rice and your preferred proteins.

Tips

Try it with sweet snow peas, brocollini or any other asian greens.

Add in birds eye chillies for a spicy side dish.
