Ingredients

pack Turban Chopsticks Mini Bombay Burgers mix
1
cup hot water
1
onion (finely diced)
2 - 3
cups grated vegetables (eg carrot, zucchini or cauliflower)
Burger buns or wraps
Salad (eg lettuce, tomato and cucumber)
Chutney

Method

Mix Burger packet mix with hot water and mix.

Add onion and grated vegetables and mix well.

Dollop small patties and fry in a oiled pan (3–4 mins each side) until golden.

Assemble: burger bun/wraps + patties + salad + chutney.

Tips

For an extra protein boost, crumble tofu into the mixture.
