Ingredients

450g
Tofu
225g
Breadcrumbs
2 tbsp
Soy sauce
1 tsp
garlic powder or 1 clove fresh
1
Turban Chopsticks Green Curry Sachet
400ml
Coconut Milk
1 cup
Favourite vegetables
1 tsp
Sugar and salt (each)

Method

1
Preheat the oven to 180c
2
Crumble a block of tofu into a mixing bowl then add breadcrumbs, soy sauce & garlic
3
Form into balls, place on a lined baking tray, spray with oil and bake for 15 minutes.
4
Meanwhile add the curry paste and coconut milk into a large pot and bring to a boil.
5
Turn down to low and add the veg, put the lid on and simmer for 10 minutes or until veg has softened.
6
Take off the heat and add the tofu balls.
7
Serve with rice and enjoy!

Tips

Always turn off the stove heat completely before folding in your fresh Thai basil leaves. The residual heat will wilt them perfectly without turning them black or destroying their delicate licorice fragrance.
